What Data We Collect

To provide our health analysis service, we collect and process:

  • Account information (name, email)
  • Lab results and biomarker data you upload
  • Wearable device data you choose to connect (Oura, Apple Health, Dexcom, Whoop)
  • Health chat conversations with our AI assistant
  • Supplement stack and health records you enter
  • Biometric data you provide (height, weight, date of birth)

How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used exclusively to provide the VitalNexa service to you:

  • Generating personalized health insights and biological age estimates
  • Powering AI health chat with context from your own data
  • Tracking biomarker trends over time
  • Providing supplement and lifestyle recommendations

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to data brokers, or share it with any third party for their marketing purposes.

Your Data Is Encrypted

All sensitive health data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption at rest. Chat messages and health summaries are encrypted before storage. Your data is yours alone.

You Can Delete Your Data Anytime

You have full control over your data at all times:

  • Delete all chat history from Settings
  • Delete all health data from Settings
  • Delete your entire account and all associated data permanently
  • Export all your data in JSON format from Settings

California Residents (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the sale of your personal information. Since VitalNexa does not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. You can exercise your other rights through your account settings or by contacting us.

EU/UK Residents (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. You can exercise these rights through your account settings or by contacting privacy@vitalnexa.health.
