VitalNexa does not provide medical advice, clinical diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. All information provided through the Service, including AI-generated responses, supplement datacards, and biomarker analysis, is for educational and informational purposes only.
Statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products and recommendations are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

VitalNexa offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Your use of VitalNexa is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
VitalNexa uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate wellness information, supplement recommendations, and biomarker analysis. AI-generated content:
Your personal identifying information (PII) is scrubbed before being sent to the AI model. The AI never sees your name, email, or other identifiers.
The VitalNexa platform, including its design, software, content, supplement datacards, and VitalNexa Biological Age algorithm, is owned by Star's End Ventures, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.
VitalNexa integrates with third-party services (Oura, WHOOP, Dexcom, Apple Health, etc.). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star's End Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, health outcomes, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that health information will be accurate or complete.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
